علامہ اقبال اوپن یونیورسٹی کے رمضان سمسٹر خزاں 2023 کے امتحانات کا شیڈول اپ ڈیٹ کر دیا گیا ہے۔
Allama Iqbal Open University in Islamabad had earlier released the date sheet for the Autumn Semester 2023 Phase-I Programs (Matric/FA/I.Com) exams. However, now the university has issued a notification to revise the examination timings during Ramadan.
اسلام آباد میں علامہ اقبال اوپن یونیورسٹی نے اس سے قبل خزاں سمسٹر 2023 فیز-I پروگرامز (میٹرک/ایف اے/ ائی کام) کے امتحانات کی ڈیٹ شیٹ جاری کر دی تھی۔ تاہم اب یونیورسٹی نے رمضان المبارک کے دوران امتحانات کے اوقات میں نظر ثانی کا نوٹیفکیشن جاری کر دیا ہے۔
Initially, the Ministry of Education had announced the original schedule of the exams. But Allama Iqbal Open University has made changes during Ramadan for the convenience of students and staff.
ابتدائی طور پر وزارت تعلیم نے امتحانات کے اصل شیڈول کا اعلان کیا تھا۔ لیکن علامہ اقبال اوپن یونیورسٹی نے رمضان المبارک کے دوران طلبہ اور عملے کی سہولت کے لیے تبدیلیاں کی ہیں۔
According to the new notification issued by the Department of Examinations (Conduct Section) on 6th March 2024, the examination timings will be adjusted during Ramadan. Instead of the regular 2:30 PM start time, the exams will start at 2:00 PM during Ramadan.
6 مارچ 2024 کو محکمہ امتحانات (کنڈکٹ سیکشن) کی جانب سے جاری کردہ نئے نوٹیفکیشن کے مطابق امتحانات کے اوقات رمضان المبارک کے دوران ایڈجسٹ کیے جائیں گے۔ باقاعدہ 2:30 PM آغاز کے وقت کے بجائے، امتحانات رمضان کے دوران 2:00 PM پر شروع ہوں گے۔
This revised time of 2:00 PM will be applicable only during Ramadan. After the Eid-ul-Fitr celebrations, the normal schedule of examinations will resume from 2:30 PM to 5:30 PM.
دوپہر (2:00) بجے کا یہ نظر ثانی شدہ وقت صرف رمضان المبارک کے دوران لاگو ہوگا۔ عیدالفطر کی تقریبات کے بعد امتحانات کا معمول کا شیڈول دوپہر (2:30) بجے سے شام (5:30) بجے تک دوبارہ شروع ہوگا۔
The university has implemented this temporary change on the recommendation of the regional heads to facilitate the students and supervising staff to fast during Ramadan.
یونیورسٹی نے یہ عارضی تبدیلی علاقائی سربراہان کی سفارش پر عمل میں لائی ہے تاکہ طلباء اور نگران عملے کو رمضان المبارک کے روزے رکھنے میں آسانی ہو۔
All concerned authorities including Deans, Heads of Departments, Regional Heads, University Officials, and parents/students have been informed about the adjustment of examination time for Ramadan.
تمام متعلقہ حکام بشمول ڈینز، ہیڈ آف ڈیپارٹمنٹس، ریجنل ہیڈز، یونیورسٹی آفیشلز، اور والدین/طلبہ کو رمضان کے لیے امتحانی وقت کی ایڈجسٹمنٹ کے بارے میں مطلع کر دیا گیا ہے۔
Students are advised to make necessary arrangements to reach the examination centers starting from 2:00 PM during Ramadan. The university aims to facilitate the academic process while respecting religious obligations during this holy month.
طلباء کو مشورہ دیا جاتا ہے کہ وہ رمضان المبارک کے دوران دوپہر 2:00 بجے سے شروع ہونے والے امتحانی مراکز تک پہنچنے کے لیے ضروری انتظامات کریں۔ یونیورسٹی کا مقصد اس مقدس مہینے کے دوران مذہبی ذمہ داریوں کا احترام کرتے ہوئے تعلیمی عمل کو آسان بنانا ہے۔
