Allama Iqbal Open University (AIOU), the largest distance education institution in the region, has recently launched its official Android app. With this app, AIOU aims to provide a completely new learning experience for its students.
The app provides a platform for students and faculty to stay connected and easily access official university resources. The app includes access to official information like admission forms, notifications, exam centers and university newspapers and magazines. Moreover, the app also includes an interactive forum, where students can interact with each other and get answers to their queries.
The app also provides access to past exams and class papers in PDF format, as well as a link to the e-library portal where students can take advantage of the university’s wide array of online resources.
The app has been developed by the university’s IT department and is now available for free download on the Google Play Store. The university was the first in the region to launch its Android app, demonstrating its continuous drive for modernization and better accessibility for its students.
