AIOU Regular Program Admission
AIOU started the admission process for the Regular program, which started on 1st July for sessions 2022-2023.

The application process for regular programs in AIOU
All regular programs at AIOU can be applied through the Allama Iqbal Open University CMS portal (AIOU-CMS) portal – a platform that is free for applicants to use.
Applicants must first register on AIOU-CMS using their login credentials, after which they can access application forms for both semesters (commencing in September).
This online application process allows students to complete their applications from anywhere, at any time, and without having to go to university premises or sit for examinations.
The CMS also generates unique password codes to facilitate the filling up of all required details such as name, address, etc., however, you are advised not to forget them as they cannot be retrieved once you click the submit button.
If a student forgets his/her password then he/she can reset it easily by providing existing information; alternatively, you may request a username and new password from the help desk.
Seats available in regular programs in AIOU
Allama Iqbal Open University announced that they are going to hold online exams for some selected departments (the year has not been determined yet).
These departments include English, Chemistry, Mathematics, and Statistics (both), Physics, Pakistan Studies (Paper-1 only), Islamiyat, Islamic History, Anthropology, Education Management, Botany, Zoology, Applied Economics & Business Analysis Part 1 & 2
Documents required for registration in regular programs in AIOU
Regular AIOU classes won’t allow for applications past March 18th, 2024. After that, no application form will be accepted.
You can submit your admission documents up until April 1, 2024. Anyone who does not submit his or her forms by this date will not be able to register for a course with AIOU in the new session and through 2024 January.
